Diafra Sakho broke the deadlock at Turf Moor with a forceful header from close range following a teasing left-wing cross from Aaron Cresswell.
Enner Valencia v Burnley
The Hammers' second goal at Burnley was also a header - and a stunning one at that - as Enner Valencia generated enormous power to divert Carl Jenkinson's centre beyond a helpless Tom Heaton.
Morgan Amalfitano v Manchester City
West Ham recorded a famous win against Manchester City, with Morgan Amalfitano opening the scoring with a fine team goal. Alex Song's perfectly-weighted pass found Enner Valencia's run, and his low cross was converted by Amalfitano.
Diafra Sakho v Manchester City
Sakho's second nominated goal of the month also came against Manchester City, as he rose to meet another Cresswell delivery with a well-directed header which beat Joe Hart down low to his left.
Kieran Bywater - U21s v Athletic Bilbao
Kieran Bywater's goal for the Development Squad makes the list and it was a fine left-footed finish into the far corner.
