Marlon Harewood enjoyed a memorable four-year spell at West Ham United where he made 170 appearances and scored 50 goals. One of the major highlights for the prolific forward was when he scored the winning goal against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup semi-final back in 2006 to help the Hammers reach their last major Cup Final. Harewood is now determined to see his former club have a successful end to the campaign and has nothing but praise for his former team-mates Mark Noble and James Collins.

I think this is one of the strongest squads they have had at West Ham for a long time and they have shown that on the pitch.
The manager has shown them what he wants them to do and it is working. He has made some good signings and the squad seems to be growing every game.
Everyone is talking about Dimitri Payet and from what I have seen of him he looks a decent player.
He is certainly enjoying his time at West Ham and every game he is getting better and better. It helps the boys out for games to come.
What more can you say about James Collins. He keeps the lads together and how he is still performing at the highest level is a tribute to all the senior players.
He is so consistent every week and is a great player. It is the same with Mark Noble and seeing him now he is a man. He was young when I first came to the club but he is a massive gentleman and a true leader.
This season, the top teams have not been playing to their best and this is a great chance for West Ham to capitalise.
I think all the players who played in the 2006 Cup Final against Liverpool would be very proud if they could go on and win the competition this season. It would be a fantastic achievement.
