- Fletcher was born on 2 October 1995 in Keighley, Yorkshire
- When he was nine, Fletcher signed for north west side Bolton Wanderers but four years later joined giants Manchester United at the age of 13
- The youngster excelled as a sportsman and athlete at school in Bolton and obtained 12 GCSEs
- Coming through Manchester United’s ranks, Fletcher established a superb partnership with fellow striker James Wilson
- In 2014/15, Fletcher bagged three goals in the Red Devils’ final three U21 Premier League matches having broken into the side earlier that term
- The 20-year-old last season spent the second half of last season on loan at League One side Barnsley
- He scored nine times in 26 appearances for the Tykes, helping them clinch promotion via the play-offs
- Found the back of the net in both the semi-final second leg against Walsall and final at Wembley against south Londoners Millwall
- The striker has two England U20 caps and two goals, having scored in both his appearances for the young Lions
- Fletcher has joined West Ham United on a four-year deal
