Adrian - The Hammers No13 kept a clean sheet in the victory over Bournemouth at London Stadium, making two superb saves from Joshua King. He celebrated a fine month with a first Spain call-up.

Arthur Masuaku - The summer signing has made an immediate impact in Claret and Blue, impressing at left back, and getting forward well to provide an assist for Michail Antonio's goal at Manchester City.

Cheikhou Kouyate - Kouyate got life at London Stadium up-and-running with a double in the 3-0 victory over NK Domzale, and his energy has been on constant show in midfield

James Collins - Ginge has carried his Euro 2016 success into the new season, starting the campaign at centre back and scoring in the opening day game at Chelsea

Michail Antonio - Two goals and an England call-up - August could hardly have gone any better for the versatile No30, who has already featured at full-back and on both wings for the Hammers this term.
