West Ham United are pleased to confirm that a special Feedback Forum, focused on supporters' experiences at London Stadium, will now take place on Monday 26 September.
Following the announcement of the planned Forum, which had originally been due to take place on Tuesday 20 September, the Club received a large number of requests from Hammers fans for a longer lead-time before the meeting, so that they can make themselves available.
As a result, the date of the Forum has been pushed back to 6.30pm on Monday 26 September at London Stadium, to ensure that more fans have the chance to apply to attend, and so we can ensure the fair representation of all views.
Over recent weeks, the West Ham Board have reviewed all the feedback and suggestions submitted to the Club, and are now keen to tackle these issues, along with those raised at the Forum, to improve the matchday experience for everyone.
The Club acknowledge the magnitude of the move to our new home and the inevitable settling in process, and we appreciate the support, help and patience of loyal Hammers fans in these early stages.
Space is obviously limited at the Forum, and not every fan who applies will be able to attend, but we are determined to ensure that we have the fairest possible representation present from a wide cross-section of our match-attending fan base.
To that end, the Club have invited every fan who formed part of the previous Supporters Advisory Board for the 2015/16 season, and more than a thousand Founders who have so far submitted feedback via our dedicated Founders Feedback email service, to apply for a place at the Forum.
If you have been invited to the Forum and would like to confirm your interest in attending on 26 September, please reply to your invitation with the following information so we can ensure that all perspectives are represented:
- The matches you have attended this season
- Your seat and block number
- The question or issue you would like to raise
Please note the deadline for confirming your interest is 12noon on Thursday 22 September.
If you have been selected to attend the Forum, you will be notified on Friday 23 September with full details.

Even if you are not present in person, you can rest assured that the issues you have raised will be discussed.
