Mark Noble is looking forward to his 15th season as a West Ham United first-team player as the Hammers touched down in Switzerland.
The captain and his squad-mates were given a warm welcome to Bad Ragaz on Monday evening ahead of an intensive 12-day pre-season camp.
Noble is relishing the opportunity to build his fitness ahead of his 13th Premier League campaign and his first under the management of new boss Manuel Pellegrini.

“All the lads have come back fresh from the summer break and are all ready to get down to work,” he began.
“It’s my 15th pre-season as a West Ham player, but it feels like my first! I love meeting up with the boys again and getting out there on the pitch, so we’re all looking ahead to our time in Switzerland and showing the new manager what we can do.
“The hotel we are staying in and the facilities we will be using are top-class and I’m sure we’ll make good use of them over the next couple of weeks.”
After undergoing screening and a range of tests at Rush Green on Monday morning, West Ham flew to the canton of St. Gallen and will train for the first time in Bad Ragaz on Tuesday morning.
With single, double and triple sessions planned for the next few days, the squad will build their fitness ahead of their opening pre-season fixture with Challenge League club FC Winterthur on Sunday afternoon.
Pellegrini will also test his players against Wycombe Wanderers, Preston North End, Aston Villa and Ipswich Town before kicking-off the 2018/19 Premier League campaign at Liverpool on Saturday 11 August.
