Summer signings Sebastien Haller, Pablo Fornals and Roberto make their first appearances at London Stadium in Saturday's Betway Cup tie against Athletic Bilbao.
The trio have been named in Manuel Pellegrini's starting XI for the Hammers' final pre-season tune-up of the summer, as the boss makes one change from the side which defeated Hertha Berlin in midweek.
Ryan Fredericks comes into the team at right back, with Ben Johnson moving to the bench.
Haller is the club's record signing, having moved to east London from Eintracht Frankfurt last month, while Fornals, who joined from Villarreal, won the UEFA U21 Championships with Spain this summer.
The pair are joined by a wealth of attacking talent in the XI, with Manuel Lanzini and Felipe Anderson also selected.
Declan Rice and Jack Wilshere make up the base of the Hammers' midfield, with Fredericks, Issa Diop, Fabian Balbuena and Aaron Cresswell named in defence.
