West Ham United returned to pre-season training at a sunny Rush Green on Monday morning.
Manuel Pellegrini welcomed his squad back, including new signings Roberto and David Martin, for a range of screenings and tests under the guidance of Head of Medical Richard Collinge and his team.
After lunch, the staff and players will head to Stansted Airport, from where they will fly to Switzerland for an intensive eleven-day training camp, which will culminate with a friendly match against Austrian top flight outfit SCR Altach a week on Thursday.
The Hammers involved with their national teams in June and July – including the likes of Marko Arnautovic, Lukasz Fabianski, Declan Rice, Fabian Balbuena, Pablo Fornals and Arthur Masuaku – will report back later in pre-season.
