West Ham United have been drawn in Group D of the 2019/20 FA Women's Continental League Cup and will play Women’s Super League rivals Chelsea, Reading and Tottenham Hotspur.
The Irons enjoyed a strong first season in the competition during their debut campaign as a professional outfit last year, reaching the quarter-finals of the tournament before narrowly being beaten by Manchester United.
This year’s seedings sees the Irons put in a group of six teams, with the top two heading through into the last eight and the knock-out stages.

Matt Beard’s Hammers will face tough competition in 2017/18 Women’s Super League winners Chelsea, fellow top-flight side Reading, and newly promoted Tottenham.
The four WSL teams are joined by Championship clubs Crystal Palace and Lewes.
