Pablo Fornals faces a crucial UEFA U21 Championship clash on Saturday night when Spain take on Poland in their final Group A fixture.
Spain need a victory to give themselves a shot at qualifying, with top spot in the group still up for grabs.
Fornals, who joined the Hammers from Villarreal a week ago, scored the winner as Spain defeated Belgium with a last-gasp strike in their second game in mid-week, following their opening defeat to hosts Italy.
Victory could see them overhaul current group leaders Poland, while second place could still be enough to earn a spot in the semi-finals.
Fornals has come off the bench in both of Spain's fixtures so far, but will be hoping to be involved from the start after his match winning contribution against Belgium.
The game will be broadcast on Sky Sports this evening, with kick-off at 8pm.
