Issa Diop believes the Hammers' recent run of clean sheets is no coincidence.
The east Londoners have been in miserly form at the back in recent weeks, keeping four straight shut outs across the Premier League and Carabao Cup, with none of Manchester United, Aston Villa, Norwich City or Newport County able to breach their defences.
Diop has been a key part of that, and the Frenchman sees his team's fine form as reward for their graft on the Rush Green training pitches.

"We won, we scored two goals and didn't concede any, so it's a good game and I hope we do the same in the next one," he said.
"Keeping clean sheets is great. Of course it's easier to win a game when you don't concede goals, so it's a good thing. We work hard in the week to keep clean sheets.
"The season is long and we know we have to play every game like a final. We have to keep going like this."
