Under the Scot, the Hammers defeated Fulham 1-0, won by the same scoreline at Sheffield United, and completed a superb month with a 2-1 home win over Aston Villa.
The results took West Ham up to fifth in the Premier League table after ten games, with five wins and two draws from a fixture list that included six of last season's top-eight finishers.
Moyes is one of four managers shortlisted alongside Chelsea's Frank Lampard, Tottenham Hotspur's Jose Mourinho and Manchester United's Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
However, the Irons boss is the only one of the four who compiled a 100% record in November.
The 57-year-old has won ten Premier League Manager of the Month awards during his successful career, ranking him third behind only Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger.
