The Hammers mathematically secured their place in the top flight of English football with an impressive draw away to Manchester United on Wednesday evening, and supporters will be able to enjoy the last game of the season from the comfort of their own home this Sunday.
David Moyes' Hammers will be hoping to end the campaign on a high, having secured three wins and two draws from six games played in July so far, while Dean Smith's Aston Villa will be looking to secure their own Premier League safety at London Stadium.
Coverage from West Ham United v Aston Villa will be available from 3pm on BT Sport 1, with the match scheduled to kick-off at 4pm.
