West Ham United can confirm that Tomas Soucek has extended his loan spell at London Stadium until the end of the 2019/20 season.
The Czech Footballer of the Year has impressed in his four appearances in Claret and Blue after initially joining the Hammers from Slavia Prague on a temporary basis in January.
Premier League rules were recently amended to permit that, where all parties agree, a loan agreement expiring on or before 30 June 2020 could be extended to the end of Season 2019/20, paving the way for the central midfielder to remain in east London until at least the current Premier League campaign is completed.
