West Ham United can confirm that our Official Club Stores - London Stadium, Liberty Romford, Lakeside Thurrock and Basildon Eastgate – and our Stadium Ticket Office will temporarily close to personal callers from Thursday 5 November in line with the latest Government guidance.
However, our online store at officialwesthamstore.com will remain open 24/7 for all your Christmas shopping needs, while there’s also FREE shirt printing over this weekend and Black Friday discounts to look forward to.
Meanwhile, supporters can also still contact the Ticket Office by telephone on 0333 030 1966 with any enquiries, from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
The safety and wellbeing of our fans and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic is of paramount importance to the Club and social distancing measures remain in place in our retail warehouse and ticket office, allowing staff, including those who have been redeployed, to help with safely dispatching orders in the swiftest possible manner and assisting supporters with enquiries.
