You can spend Club Cash at officialwesthamstore.com when signed into your West Ham account. Follow the steps below to sign in:
- Go to login.whufc.com
- Login or create your West Ham Account (see more information on how to create an account below)
- Go to officialwesthamstore.com (automatically signed in)
- Add items & proceed to Checkout
- While in Checkout, when in 'Review' find & click 'Use Loyalty Cash'
- Choose the amount of your Club Cash you wish to redeem and click 'Apply.
How to create a West Ham Account
- Go to login.whufc.com
- Click 'Create an account' using your email address and enter your details. You will then receive an email with a link to 'Activate your account'
- Important: Link your Season Ticket Client Reference Number to your new West Ham account. This is important so we can recognise you.
