Saïd Benrahma - Career in Pictures

Saïd Benrahma's journey has seen him move from his home country of Algeria to the South of France, then to the Mediterranean island of Corsica, west London and now east London.

West Ham United's new signing began his career in his homeland with Bethioua before moving to Toulouse, where he played for local clubs Balma and Colomiers.

Ligue 1 club Nice snapped him up as a 17-year-old and, after scoring his first goal as a teenager, Benrahma had loan spells with Angers, Ajaccio and Chateauroux, excelling for the latter during the 2017/18 season.

Capped five times, the 25-year-old arrived in England in 2018, when he joined Brentford, and the winger shone in a Bees shirt, scoring 30 goals and assisting 27 more over the course of two seasons.

Here, we take a photographic look back over his career.
