West Ham United's players have gone through a variety of exercises as their pre-season preparations really ramp up during their week-long training camp in Scotland.
Alongside the on-pitch football sessions as the first team squad get a feel for the ball again following their summer break, the team have been hard at work in the gym as they hone their conditioning for another demanding Premier League season ahead.
