It's been a good first month back in training for West Ham United Women, with lots of hard work being undertaken at their Chadwell Heath training ground.
With a month to go until the start of the 2021/22 Barclays FA Women's Super League, the Hammers hope to be in tip-top condition when play gets underway in early September.
Six new players have signed for the team over the summer - all of whom have settled in well to life in the Capital.
