Mark Noble captains a strong West Ham United side in Monday evening’s Emirates FA Cup third round tie at Stockport County.

The Hammers skipper returns to the starting XI alongside England international Declan Rice in midfield, while Michail Antonio makes his first start since suffering a hamstring injury in late November up front.

With the likes of Angelo Ogbonna, Vladimir Coufal, Andriy Yarmolenko, Manuel Lanzini and Said Benrahma all starting, the Hammers will be hoping to secure their passage through to the fourth round of the competition.

Darren Randolph, who started the Premier League win at Everton on New Year’s Day, continues in goal, while Academy graduate Ben Johnson, who notched his first senior goal in the 2-2 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion on 27 December, starts at the back.

Senior players Aaron Cresswell, Tomas Soucek, Pablo Fornals and Jarrod Bowen offer further depth on the bench, while there are also places among the substitutes for young defenders Frederik Alves – a recent arrival from Danish side Silkeborg – and Jamal Baptiste, goalkeeper Nathan Trott, midfielder Nathan Holland and forward Mipo Odubeko.

West Ham United: Randolph, Coufal, Dawson, Ogbonna, Johnson, Noble (c), Rice, Yarmolenko, Lanzini, Benrahma, Antonio
Subs: Trott, Cresswell, Alves, Baptiste, Soucek, Fornals, Holland, Bowen, Odubeko
