Kick It Out has launched a Player Advisory Board, with West Ham United Women defender Gilly Flaherty among its inaugural members!
The Board is made up entirely of current and former professionals across the men's and women's games, and each member has been tasked with driving positivity and inclusivity at all levels.
Along with ten others, Flaherty’s years of experience within the game will be utilised to help shape Kick It Out’s ongoing battle against discrimination.
The Board, in full, is composed of the following players and staff:

- Rhian Brewster – Sheffield United
- Holly Morgan – Leicester City Women
- Yan Dhanda – Swansea City
- Gilly Flaherty – West Ham United Women
- Joe Jacobson – Wycombe Wanderers
- Renee Hector – Watford Women
- Mal Benning – Professional Player
- Danny Mills – Dulwich Hamlet
- Anwar Uddin – Aldershot Town
- Marcus Gayle – Brentford Ambassador
The Board is currently chaired by Troy Townsend, Head of Player Engagement, and Clarke Carlisle, Kick It Out Ambassador and former professional player.
