West Ham United would like to advise supporters that they should not travel to Parc Olympique Lyonnais in Lyon without an allocated ticket in the away supporters’ section. The French authorities have issued a formal prohibition notice for West Ham United supporters without a ticket in the away section. In order to prevent access to supporters without a ticket, security checks will take place on the perimeter of the stadium.
Supporters who attempt to gain entry to the stadium without a ticket are advised that they risk being fined and arrested by the local authorities. Additionally, supporters who have purchased tickets in the home sections will not be permitted entry and will NOT be relocated to the visiting supporters section.
Supporters who purchased a ticket in the home end will see their ticket cancelled and refunded.
Those supporters who do have tickets for the away section, purchased through the Club, are advised that the West Ham United supporters' section is situated in the South section of the stadium.
There is a free shuttle service running from Car Park P0 at Eurexpo Visiteurs Ouest, Boulevard de l’Europe, 69680 Chassieu.
The car park opens from 5.45pm, with the shuttle service ‘Service Special’, which will drop supporters directly to the away fans’ entrance in less than 15 minutes, available from 6pm. Ticket checks will be made before boarding the shuttle service.
With the exception of those supporters arriving by bus and mini bus at the stadium's visitors' car park, only supporters arriving with the ‘Service Special’ shuttle from Eurexpo Visiteurs Ouest will be permitted access to the away fans entrance.
Shuttles will run following the conclusion of the match, returning supporters to Eurexpo Visiteurs Ouest.
