Mark Noble set for Soccer Aid appearance

Mark Noble hasn't finished just yet. This Sunday, 12 June, the former West Ham United captain will lace up his boots for one last dance at London Stadium – this time to play for England.

Nobes is taking part in Soccer Aid for Unicef – the world’s biggest charity football match, which has raised more than £60m since 2006.

He’ll be joined by some other familiar faces to West Ham fans, including: Joe Cole, David James, Teddy Sheringham, Patrice Evra, Robbie Keane, Harry Redknapp and Mark Wright!

Fans are being urged to snap up tickets to watch Noble and his fellow Hammers help raise vital funds for charity. A family of four can attend the game for just £60, and final tickets are now on sale.

It will also be a homecoming party for London 2012 heroes Usain Bolt and Sir Mo Farah – both of whom are returning to the London Stadium exactly ten years on from their gold medal heroics.

Mark Noble said: “I was touched when Soccer Aid for UNICEF invited me to play for England. Playing for your country is the greatest honour for any professional athlete – and Sunday 12 June will be no different for me, or for my kids who are big Soccer Aid fans!

"Add to that the fact this is for such a special cause and I can’t wait to run out in front of 60,000 fans at London Stadium one last time. It will be an emotional day, for sure – but I want you all to share it with me.”

England line-up includes: Harry Redknapp (Manager) Emma Hayes (Manager), Liam Payne (Captain), Mark Noble, Sir Mo Farah, Aitch, Tom Grennan, Mark Wright, Chunkz, Damian Lewis, Mark Noble, Teddy Sheringham, David James, Fara Williams, Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher, Fara Williams, Joe Cole, Alex Brooker, Russell Howard, Stewart Downing, David Harewood and David Seaman (Goalkeeper Coach).
