West Ham United's players have been given a variety of early-morning activities during their pre-season camp in St Andrews to get their legs moving before a busy day on the training pitches.

Making the most of the local facilities and scenery, the first team squad have been out and about early on to get set ahead of breakfast.

Following a beach run on the iconic West Sands Beach - where the famous Chariots of Fire scene was filmed - the next day brought about a spin on two wheels, as the team headed out around the world-famous Old Course, venue for golf's Open Championship in July.

It was the ideal start to the schedule for the players, who are stepping up their preparations for the start of the new campaign with intensive training days in Scotland.
