West Ham United hit the training pitch at Rush Green on Friday ahead of this weekend's Premier League fixture with Everton at London Stadium.
David Moyes welcomed Danny Ings to his squad following the England international's transfer from Aston Villa, and the No18 looked to have settled in immediately to his new surroundings.
In fact, every player looked in good spirits and there were smiles aplenty as the Irons got down to work under sunny east London skies.
The squad warmed-up in t-shirts supporting charity partner Ambition Aspire Achieve (AAA), who deliver a wide range of projects and services from their two hubs and across local communities in Newham. Their work particularly focuses on and supports children and young people most in need, including those with disabilities or additional needs.
Club photographers Arfa and Jimmy Griffiths were on hand to snap the action from Friday's training session.
