A week on from their successful cycle around the Scottish town of St Andrews, West Ham United's players and staff were back in the saddle to tackle their own mini Tour de France on Wednesday morning.
Led by Head of Medical Richard Collinge, the players, coaches and backroom team were split into three groups for a demanding four-mile ride up and down the hills surrounding the team hotel.
With four climbs to tackle, the riders were tested but all reached the finish line safely and within the time limit!
As you can see, the Irons stars thoroughly enjoyed their ride around Évian-les-Bains as the Club's five-day pre-season training camp passed its halfway stage.
The Hammers will remain in Évian until Friday culminating with the Irons' opening pre-season fixture, which will see the squad head back over the border to take on Swiss Super League side Servette at the 30,000-capacity Stade de Genève. Tickets for that match, which kicks-off at 6pm, are available to buy here.
