West Ham United icon Paolo Di Canio celebrates his 54th birthday today, 9 July 2022.
The Italian forward spent four-and-a-half seasons in east London between January 1999 and May 2003, scoring 51 goals in 141 appearances.
The enigmatic Di Canio scored all types of goals, including long-range thunderbolts, spectacular individual efforts and 'Panenka' penalties.
