Danny Ings was involved in West Ham United training for the first time as the Irons prepared for Saturday's fixture with Everton.
The 30-year-old signed for the Irons on Friday and was filmed in action with his new teammates ahead of a possible debut against the Toffees on Saturday.
The men's first team were also wearing t-shirts promoting one of the Club's charities - Ambition Aspire Achieve (AAA), an east London based organisation who provide opportunities for children and young people in Newham and surrounding areas.
