Mark Noble gave an emotional and stirring farewell speech at the 2021/22 Player Awards, brought to you by Betway in aid of the Academy, as he prepares to play his final game as a West Ham United player.
The Club captain will bring down the Claret and Blue curtain on an 18-year career with his boyhood team in the next week, having played nearly 550 games and scored over 60 goals for the Hammers.
Speaking to the Board, his manager, coaches, teammates and guests at the Player Awards at London's Grosvenor House Hotel, Noble fought back tears as he reflected on two decades of service, two outstanding seasons and thanked his family, friends, colleagues and supporters.
The night was capped by the Young Hammer of the Year award being named in the midfielder's honour, Noble himself winning the Players' Project Award for his service to his local community and his mentee Declan Rice being voted Hammer of the Year for the second time.
You can watch Nobes' speech and share in all the emotion as a true West Ham legend said 'Farewell' but not 'Goodbye'.
