West Ham United's pre-season got off to an intense start with a training camp in Scotland over the past week.
David Moyes and his players spent five days on the east cost of Scotland, kicking off their preparations for the new season in the familiar setting of St Andrews.
A mixture of sunshine and showers greeted us for a series of training sessions which made full use of the superb facilities on offer.
The players, which included a mix of established, experienced professionals, alongside members of the Hammers' U23s squad - with the Club's internationals due to return from their summer break later next week - were put through their paces on days of triple training sessions.
From beach runs, to early morning bike rides, from getting reacquainted with the ball on the pristine University of St Andrews pitches, to conditioning work in the gym and recovery in the pool, the training camp had it all.
