For the 2022/23 Premier League season, Season Ticket Holders will have a new way to enter London Stadium on matchdays, with the roll-out of NFC (Near-Field Communication) Season Tickets.
For many supporters, this won’t be new, following an extensive trial period over the course of the 2021/22 season in which every Season Ticket Holder was invited to try the technology.
However, for the new campaign starting on Sunday 7 August against Manchester City, this will be the default method of entry for all supporters backing the Hammers.
Season Ticket Holders will be receiving two emails over the next few days. A first one to explain the technology and how to use it, followed by a second one containing a link to download the Season Ticket.
Season Ticket holders in the West Stand, as well as Club London Members, will receive their Season Ticket at the start of August, following formal approval of our expansion to a 62,500 capacity.
The process to download the Season Ticket is simple, with a step-by-step guide to follow. We’ve also compiled FAQs containing a guide on how to download your pass for every home Premier League game.
Whereas last season, supporters using NFC Season Tickets were required to download the pass for each match, this campaign Season Ticket holders will be issued their NFC ticket just once. This will then automatically update seven days before each fixture with our upcoming opponent.
The Club is also conscious that a small number of Season Ticket Holders may not have access to a smartphone and we will continue to be inclusive and make sure we do everything we can to support all of our fans.
Our accessibility Season Ticket Holders who do not have access to a smartphone will be able to request a physical Stadium access card with their photograph on ahead of the 2022/23 season. For any queries or support around stadium access contact the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966 or email [email protected]
