An imposing, ball-playing centre-back, Casey made four appearances for the U18s whilst still a schoolboy in 2020/21.
An Academy of Football player since he was five-years-old, Casey cites Declan Rice as his footballing inspiration for the manner in which he graduated from Chadwell Heath, and admits to hoping to replicate his journey.
Having impressed in pre-season, Casey also made his non-competitive U23s debut in pre-season in the 4-1 win against Loughborough University in July 2021.
The centre-back featured in 27 matches for Kevin Keen's U18s in the 2021/22 season and also made his competitive U23s debut, coming on as a substitute in the Premier League Cup.
Casey would sign professional terms with West Ham United in the summer of 2022.
