David Moyes put his West Ham United squad straight to work after we arrived for our pre-season training camp in Scotland on Monday.
Following successful trips to St Andrews to kick-start our preparations in the summers of 2020 and 2021, the Hammers are back on the east coast of Scotland as we get ready for an exciting 2022/23 campaign, which will see us compete in the Premier League, UEFA Europa Conference League, Emirates FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
After a morning flight from Stansted Airport, Moyes' squad arrived in St Andrews at lunchtime, and immediately headed for the training facilities.
The players started in the gym before getting a feel for the football on the pristine pitches at the city's famous University.
