West Ham United maintained a 100% record in UEFA Europa Conference League Group B with a 1-0 win over RSC Anderlecht in Belgium on Thursday evening.
Roared on by 1,100 travelling supporters at Lotto Park in Brussels, the Hammers overcame determined opponents in the record 34-times Belgian champions through a second-half strike from substitute Gianluca Scamacca.
The No7's fourth goal in five UECL appearances was enough to separate the teams and put the Irons five points clear of their opponents at the midway point of the group stage.
The two clubs meet again at London Stadium next Thursday, when a win for the Hammers would all but seal their place in the knockout stages after Christmas.
