West Ham United can confirm Issa Diop has joined Fulham on a permanent transfer for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old centre-back departs after four years with the Hammers, having moved to east London from French club Toulouse in June 2018.
Diop totalled 121 appearances in Claret and Blue, including seven during the Hammers’ run to the UEFA Europa League semi-finals last season, and scored eight goals.
