West Ham United Women returned to their Chadwell Heath training base on Monday morning for the first day of pre-season ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
The Hammers were put through a number of rigorous tests during the morning session, assessing their movement, mobility, reactions and strength.
A 1km time trial followed in the sunshine before the players took a break for lunch.
In the afternoon, the squad headed back out onto the grass for a short technical session to round-off a hard days work.
The squad will now look forward to tomorrow afternoon, where they will find out who they will face in the Barclays Women's Super League this season!
