West Ham United Women enjoyed the warmer weather at their Chadwell Heath training base on Thursday afternoon, as they prepare to face Manchester City in the semi-finals of the Vitality Women's FA Cup.
The Hammers take on the Citizens on Saturday in what is a repeat of the 2019 FA Cup final.
Olli Harder put his players through their paces ahead of what should be an exciting contest at the Chigwell Construction Stadium on Saturday afternoon, which is is scheduled to kick-off at 12.15pm BST.
