We can confirm that West Ham United Women's Continental Tyres League Cup match against Brighton & Hove Albion has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
A pitch inspection took place at the People's Pension Stadium on Friday 16 December, with the pitch being deemed unplayable, and therefore the fixture has been postponed.
Paul Konchesky's Hammers will now break for Christmas, with the side returning to Chadwell Heath in January ahead of their next fixture, a Barclays Women's Super League clash with Manchester City on 15 January 2022.
Details on the rescheduled fixture against Brighton will be released in due course.
