West Ham United's move to London Stadium gave the club the opportunity to create thousands of jobs for people from the local community.
From groundsmen to Supporter Liaison Officers, there have been job openings at every level of the club for local people.
West Ham were also just the third Premier League club to be accredited by the Living Wage Foundation, after becoming an accredited London Living Wage payer.
That means there are over 2,000 people employed in full and part-time positions on the London Living Wage at London Stadium.
